Here is my sleepy time blend that we use before bed. We do not use it every night, but maybe once a week or so. I was calling it Sleepy Head, but a quick Google found that there is a brand with that particular name as one of their blends….

Good Sleep Essential Oil Blend
- 1 10ml glass roller bottle (I use these)
- 1 drop lavender oil
- 1 drop vetiver oil
- 1 drop roman chamomile oil
- 1 drop sweet orange oil
- About 2 teaspoons carrier oil (I use sweet almond, but you could also use avocado, apricot or grapeseed)
Add essential oils to your roller bottle and top off with carrier oil.
You do want to be sure no one that will be using it is allergic to the individual oils.
